nicetool.space provides a suite of AI-powered smart generators and tools designed specifically for vacation rental hosts and property managers ("Tools"). Our Service includes, but is not limited to:

• Listing optimization tools (title generators, description writers, SEO tools)

• Guest communication templates (check-in instructions, review responses, policies)

• Property management utilities (inventory checklists, maintenance schedules, expense trackers)

• Document generators (house rules, rental agreements, liability waivers)

• Revenue management calculators (pricing tools, discount calculators, fee estimators)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service without liability.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes related to vacation rental management.

You may use, copy, and modify the content generated by our Tools for your rental properties, listings, and guest communications.

You may NOT: (a) sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or distribute the Service or generated content for commercial purposes to third parties; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of our Tools; (c) use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service; (d) remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels; (e) use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, algorithms, design, and branding, remain the exclusive property of nicetool.space.

You are solely responsible for any data, text, or information you input into our Tools ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content; (b) your User Content does not violate any third-party rights; (c) your User Content complies with all applicable laws and platform terms of service (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com).

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and customizing all generated content before use. Generated templates are starting points and may require modification to suit your specific circumstances, local regulations, and platform requirements.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Generating fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content for listings or communications

• Creating content that violates fair housing laws or promotes discrimination

• Harvesting or collecting user information without consent

• Transmitting malware, viruses, or other harmful code

• Interfering with the security or integrity of the Service

• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation

• Using the Service to spam or send unsolicited communications

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service and potential legal action.

All tools and features provided by nicetool.space are currently offered completely free of charge. There are no hidden fees, subscriptions, or premium tiers required to access any functionality.

We reserve the right to introduce paid features, premium plans, or subscription tiers in the future. Any such changes will be communicated in advance, and existing free features may remain available or be modified at our discretion.

If we introduce paid services in the future, we will provide clear notice and updated terms. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of any new pricing or payment terms.

While the Service is free, you agree not to abuse, exploit, or use automated systems to excessively consume server resources or degrade the experience for other users.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will meet your specific requirements; (b) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (c) the results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable; (d) any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Generated content is for informational and convenience purposes only. We make NO guarantees that templates comply with: local, state, or federal laws; short-term rental regulations; platform-specific terms of service (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.); HOA rules or lease restrictions.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for ensuring all content used in your business complies with applicable laws and regulations. We strongly recommend consulting with legal and tax professionals for specific advice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NICETOOL.SPACE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless nicetool.space and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights

• Any content you create, publish, or distribute using the Service

• Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service and contacting us to request account deletion.

Upon termination: (a) your right to use the Service will immediately cease; (b) we may delete your account and any associated data; (c) provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We are not liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If negotiation fails, any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. We will notify you of changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
